The challenge for Six Battery Road was to manage communications before, during and after a major renovations to the entire building. These renovations will see the property remain competitive amongst the top tier in Raffles Place. Capitalising on its prime location, its owners, CapitaCommercial Trust, the largest commercial REIT in Singapore, wanted to keep tenants happy during the course of this process. Brandcourage developed a communications platform that focused on the concept of 'fresh' as the core benefit of the change - providing the tenants with the tangle advantages of a fresh lobby and common areas, as well as a fresh approach to customer service.
