The challenge was to sell the penthouses of an exclusive marina development in Geraldton, Western Australia, in a saturated property market, where many similar developments were all positioned at the luxury lifestyle segment. The key point of difference of this development, being the marina's proximity to the Batavia Coast, an exceptionally beautiful and unspoiled area of North West Australia, gave rise to its eventual name and identity. Brandcourage's communications programme 'Simply Extraordinary' featured the works of highly regarded local artist, Leon Pericles, who's installation art was also a key feature in the developments public areas.
