Facilities standards guide
In undertaking the brand experience design for Volvo Construction Equipment’s high quality facilities/dealerships, Brandcourage worked on the basis of the 3S’s – Sales, Service and Spare Parts in combinations of one, two or all three activities. Working closely with the internal Volvo team, Brandcourage created the brand guidelines that would act as the benchmark across the Asia Pacific Region. The reference documentation was developed to set the standard and ensure a consistent quality across all the markets, regardless of the size and type of dealership. Brandcourage was responsible for the conceptualisation, layout, illustration (2D and 3D visuals) and copywriting, all the way to production and quality control.
